Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Lead Time

  • Our team is available daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm. Any orders submitted after 7:00pm will be processed the following day.

2. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are shown in US Dollars or Mexican Pesos using the currency converter on the top right of each page
  • Charges are processed in USD through our secure payment system. Your card issuer may apply its own rates and fees.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.
  • We accept major credit cards through a secure payment system.
  • Please ensure all payment info is accurate and sufficient for processing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Delivery

  • Items will be delivered to your villa before or on your arrival date.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order, or that villa staff has access

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, supplier issues, or transportation disruptions.
  • If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information without your consent.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Baja California Sur, Mexico.
